Watertown Boys’ Lacrosse Coaches
Purpose:
We coach to help boys learn to become men of integrity who will lead, be responsible and to challenge themselves to reach everything within their limits on and off the field. We coach to teach student athletes to serve others and work together as a unit to establish the skills and maturity that is needed to be successful.

We are fair and consistent with each player regardless of their skill level or position in our program.

We demonstrate that our core values and behaviors are aligned. Where our actions are physically visible (this is what we all believe, so therefore, this is what we all will see) and the visions of actions that will never be compromised.

We teach that our word is an agreement, a handshake made to hold us through good and bad times. Trust is earned through consistently demonstrating your word will never be compromised.

We teach our players that no matter what obstacles, adversity might stand in their way to stay the course, remember our core values and focus only on what we can control (WIN = What is important now)

you are capable of being both on and off the field.
